Ciro Cafiero specializes in labour law and social security and has focused his activity both on industrial relations, employment contracts, employment matter concerning extraordinary transactions such as transfer of going concerns, mergers and demergers, collective dismissals or reorganizations and any kind of ordinary and extraordinary mobility procedures.

He advises his clients both in litigation and in out of court procedures and on contractual matters.

Ciro cooperates with governmental entities and institutional bodies. Ciro cooperated with the Governorate of the Vatican City State, also.

He assists national and multinational corporations active in luxury, telecommunications, ITC, energy, engineering as well as financial institutions.

He has roles as professor and lecturer at Università Luiss Guido Carli in Rome, at Libera Università Maria SS. Assunta (LUMSA) and at the University of International Studies of Rome (UNINT).

He graduated in Law, summa cum laude, at Università Luiss Guido Carli in Rome in 2008 and was admitted to practice in 2014. Since graduation Ciro worked in highly renown employment law boutiques, then founded his own employment practice Cafiero Pezzali & Associati and joined CMP Law as employment law of-counsel in 2018.
