He graduated cum laude in Law from the University of Palermo in October 2024. He then obtained a Second-Level University Master’s Degree with highest honours in business law from LUISS School of Law.

As part of his academic and professional experience, he completed an internship at the Bank of Italy, register of Palermo, within the Arbitro Bancario Finanziario as alternative dispute resolution body, focusing on key issues relating to banking and financial Italian law.

Giulio joined the firm in November 2025, assisting clients in the areas of corporate law, M&A, commercial agreements and general corporate matters.

Giulio also collaborates with the Observatory “Giurisprudenza delle Imprese“, contributing to the monitoring, analysis and drafting of case law updates and legal commentaries on corporate and business law
