Luca Cantore specializes in the real estate industry and has developed a broad experience in all the aspects involved in transactions related to the development, sale and purchase (also through sale & lease back) and commercialization of real estate portfolios and real estate complexes. Luca assists also clients on corporate and commercial law matters.

He assists on a recurring basis domestic institutional players, such as funds and listed companies, foreign investors operating in the real estate industry, as well as domestic and international players operating in the food & beverage, luxury, sport & tourism industries as well as financial institutions and private equity funds.

He assists the clients in the negotiation phase and also in the management of the business and, if necessary, in the litigation matter.

Luca graduated in Law, summa cum laude on 2002 at Università Federico II in Naples and was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2006.

Luca worked, for long time, at Gianni, Origoni, Grippo & Partners – Linklaters & Alliance and, afterwards, for the law firm DLA Piper. Then, Luca set up his own law firm which, afterwards, expanded by funding CMP Law.
